How will I receive payment for my card transactions?
You'll be paid weekly to your Tide account.
You'll receive payment for all your card payment transactions to your Tide bank account every week. Your Tide account has lots of great business features and includes free transfers to any UK bank account for 12 months.

You're covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
Your 4G Pocket Terminal is supplied with a full 12 months manufacturer's warranty. You can contact CabCard's friendly support team by email, WhatsApp, phone, SMS or live chat if you experience any problems.

You'll be paid once per week on Wednesday.
Payments will be made directly to your Tide bank account once a week on a Wednesday. This will include transactions processed from the previous Monday to Sunday period. If you prefer to be paid daily (every weekday), this can be arranged once you begin to use your terminal. Please note, a small additional fee will be applicable for this.

You'll continue to benefit from being a CabCard customer
After 12 months, you can continue to use your CabCard 4G Pocket Terminal. Your promotional processing rate will no longer apply. CabCard's standard processing rates and SIM airtime charges will be applicable to your account.

There's no monthly minimum or maximum.
There is no minimum or maximum transaction processing amount required to qualify for the discounted processing rate. You can use your 4G Pocket Terminal as much as you want.

Through the post or via your fleet operator.
Once your Tide account and CabCard accounts have been opened, we'll deliver your terminal directly via the postal service, or if you've applied through your fleet operator, we may arrange to provide your terminal through them.
