Changes to payout schedules from 4th January 2021

From Monday 4th January 2021, your CabCard payouts schedule will change if you are currently a fleet customer receiving daily payouts.

You will receive your payouts each Wednesday. This will ensure you continue to benefit from the lowest possible card processing rates.

If you prefer, you can choose to receive a payout every working day (Mon-Fri). If you select this option, a 50 pence charge will be deducted from each payout to cover bank costs. There is no charge applied for weekly payouts.

This change does not apply if you are an independent driver, or if you or your fleet have already agreed a different payout schedule with us. Please feel free to contact our support team if you’re unsure whether or not this change will apply to you.
